Today is the day you respect yourself more than you respect your boss. The day you rise as the goddess you are— lacking nothing, pretending to be nothing you are not. Today is the day you set a goal and demand the world reveal its answers to you. What will you ask of the world today? Today’s ritual: • Cook with a new herb—let intention season your meal. • Speak higher words to two people—choose elevation over habit. • Walk once with direction, so the sun knows where to find you and gives you the spotlight. Comment “I receive today” if you commit. Return at day’s end and share what was revealed. Be well.

New Era
Discipline isn't your problem- design is. What I realized is that I didnt need anymore motivation, and trust I can get myself pretty motivated but to if my system was aligned for me spefically i catch myself waking up 2 months later gaining the weight back, want to feel better, losing my inner light. That when I created my ritual with energy blocks. Just 10 minutes in the morning getting things done. Because in my paradigm im not lazy, or lack ambition. I plan accordingly and fill my blocks of time with more joy than suffering. I would like to know what are some really obstacles you find yourself taking 4 hours to build yourself up to doing? And have you ever rated yourself of how long you take to complete a tasks in your everyday lifestyle?
