Hey guys so I’m currently in the middle of an accountability challenge.
Regarding health and fitness.
The first time I started it I failed 31 days in.
The second time I started it I failed 14 days in.
I will not fail again.
The challenge is 100 days
eat clean,
workout every day weather strength train or active recovery
No drinking
Wake up early
Self develop, study/read/audio book (sales related/buisness/mindset)
5 days into My clean slate I post in my other group aswell so I’m going to copy the post in this group with the format in the comments section!!
