Mighty Caregiver Commitment
As a member of Mighty Caregivers Team, I enter this community with humility, prayer, and a willing heart. I understand that this is a private, faith-led space built on trust, compassion, and shared responsibility to love people well. Our Covenant We lead with love.We choose compassion over judgment and presence over fixing. We remember that every person’s story is sacred. We protect trust and confidentiality. What is shared here stays here. We honor the dignity, privacy, and vulnerability of those asking for help and those offering it. We listen before we act.We seek to understand before responding. We do not rush solutions, give unsolicited advice, or assume we know what someone needs. We respond as we are able. No one is expected to do everything. We serve within our capacity, guided by prayer, wisdom, and discernment. We walk alongside, not above. We come as companions, not saviors. We honor the strength, agency, and voice of the person asking for help. We work together. When needs arise, we collaborate—sharing ideas, resources, and encouragement—trusting that God works through community. We act with integrity and humility. We do not seek recognition or credit. We trust God to open doors, guide outcomes, and receive the glory. We remain faithful in prayer. When we cannot physically help, we commit to prayer, encouragement, and spiritual support. Our Commitment By being part of Mighty Caregivers, I commit to: - Showing up with love and honesty - Respecting boundaries and confidentiality - Serving with joy, not pressure - Leading with courage, kindness, and faith This community exists so that no one asking for help feels alone—and no one offering help carries the work by themselves.
