I'm Kirsten, a 50-year-old mom, teacher, and bodybuilder, who built Midlife Strength because women deserve coaching for US, not recycled programs designed for someone else's body and life.
Workouts are built by my husband, Jonathan - personal trainer of 18 years with a degree in Exercise Science. He builds the foundation; I lead the community.
The approach: 3 - 4 days of strength/week. That's what works for real women with real bodies and lives.
This is for: Women 40+ navigating peri/menopause who are tired of starting over and ready to build something that lasts.
How it works:
Start with a Midlife Meet — Tuesday at 4:30 PM. Meet me, see what's inside, ask questions. No pressure or commitment.
If ready to join, the Founding rate is $79/month (first 30 members, then $99).
