Stealth Mode in Midjourney and Copyright of Midjourney images?

Hi Chaps!!!If I'm going to use the Midjourney AI images on Print On Demand T-Shirts that I'm going to sell online, would it be a good idea to use Stealth Mode in Midjourney, I'm a bit concerned that any images created and the relevant prompts with Midjourney are, currently, available for all to see? Would it be better to keep them private? Is this easy to setup in Midjourney, if I upgrade my plan to Pro Plan? Also, does anyone know if the images generated with Midjourney are free of copyright? Or, are they free to use on my T-Shirts? Speak Soon Chaps!!! Cheers...Mickey
