Data Adjustments at the Visualization Stage in MS Fabric

Typically, we handle data quality earlier in the data pipeline. However, can users input a data value and see it reflected in Power BI after viewing the report? For instance, in a project budget report, users might need to enter budgeted amounts alongside actual spending. If they miss entering a budgeted amount initially, can MS Fabric allow them to adjust it after the visualization stage?
