In 6 weeks, we’ll move through 3 phases: Get Moving (build steps, sleep, simple workouts, hydration, accountability), Get Better (increase strength, add nutrition awareness, mobility, and mindset wins), and Own It (track food, set strength goals, review progress, and create a sustainability plan). This challenge builds lasting habits while preparing you for the Signature Program.
