Hi everyone 🤍
I’m really grateful to be here. A space without comparison, competition, or judgment feels rare — and powerful.
I’ve been doing a lot of inner work lately, especially around unlearning the stories I picked up about who I “should” be. The more I slow down and listen, the more I realize how much of my adult patterns are just younger parts of me trying to feel safe, seen, and valued.
Right now I’m focusing on:
• Reconnecting with my inner child through journaling and reflection
• Responding to my emotions instead of suppressing them
• Letting go of perfectionism
• Choosing authenticity over approval
One thing I’m learning is that emotional wellness isn’t about fixing ourselves — it’s about tending to ourselves with compassion.
I’d love to hear:
What’s one old story you’re currently unlearning?
Looking forward to learning from and supporting you all in this journey 🌿✨
