Hi and welcome to the Portals! As a Thank you I want to share free guided meditations with you. These meditations are an invitation to return — gently, slowly, without fixing. Since it's a brand new community there are not too many posted yet, but i will regularly add more. Just stay with me. You can find the meditations here or in our Classroom. If you can, please introduce yourself in the comments. =========== A gentle initiation for your arrival into THE PORTALS. This space asks you to be present as you are. Take a moment before you go any further. Let this be your first step inward. 1. Place your hand on your body. Choose the center that calls you today: your mind (forehead), your heart (chest), or your body (belly). Wherever your hand lands is the center that wants to speak first. Breathe once into that place. Slowly. 2. Whisper to yourself: “I am here. I choose to enter.” 3. Notice what rises. A sensation. A memory. A tightening. A warmth. A question. Whatever appears is your first guide in this space. Your first portal. Just acknowledge it. 4. On your next breath, soften by 3%. Not more. Not all the way. Just three percent. Enough for your nervous system to know: it is safe to begin. 5. Seal the step. Place your hand on your heart and finish with: “I walk this path with honesty, with breath, and with myself.” This is your entrance. Your quiet beginning. Let's talk about Anger
Anger gets a bad reputation. Most people try to suppress it, fix it, or apologize for it.We simply do not know how to manage it. Psychology knows this: when we don’t let ourselves feel anger, the nervous system stores it anyway — and it comes back as body symptoms, anxiety, panic, burnout, numbness, or emotional shutdown. But the thing is that almost in all cases, anger isn’t the final emotion — it’s a cover. Underneath it you’ll often find exhaustion, helplessness, overwhelm, frustration, or the feeling of “I can’t hold this anymore.” Sometimes it’s something incredibly personal to your situation. If you only work with the anger, you miss the signal underneath — and the result won’t last. Anger is also creative. I mean — redirected anger is creative. It’s fuel. It's movement. If it’s not turned inward (self-attack) or outward (destruction), it can build things. Sometimes the best moment to start a project or open a blank page is when you’re angry and need a healthy outlet for the emotion. When the body is angry it goes into sympathetic activation (fight). Let the body finish the pattern without hurting anyone. Here's Somatic Practice for you — Squat + Exhale + Question: Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Exhale as you slowly squat down. Pause for two breaths. Rise on an inhale. 5–10 rounds. While doing this ask your body: What am I actually angry at? If anger wasn't available, what would I feel then? What is anger protecting right now? This moves anger out of the jaw and into the legs, where it can metabolize. When you find the answers - just observe how it makes you feel. Also you can write down answers in your journal. I love writing practices. They are truly one of the most powerful ones. • What is anger protecting right now? • If anger wasn’t available, what would I feel? • Where do I feel powerless or depleted? Remember that the real information is rarely in the anger itself.

Fire energy is not associated with stability or calm. It represents adrenaline, drive, excitement, risk-taking, and impulsiveness. In 2026, many people may experience a sudden surge of enthusiasm, vitality, and a strong desire for change. However, because Fire energy will be extremely strong, it can also manifest as restlessness, carelessness, impulsive behavior, and lack of foresight. Many may feel drawn to entertainment, thrill-seeking, or extreme experiences. Periods of intense activity are likely. The focus shifts toward action rather than planning, which increases the risk of rash decisions or impulsive mistakes. Personality traits such as stubbornness, inflexibility, and the desire to dominate may become more pronounced. This year can be favorable for initiating projects, especially those involving creativity, visibility, and expression. Activities related to advertising, entertainment, public events, and promotion are well supported. The Fire Horse favors innovation and revolutionary ideas. For people engaged in creative or artistic fields, this year may bring inspiration, breakthroughs, and flashes of insight. Emotions run high and demand expression. There is a strong urge to act, compete, and assert oneself. This energy supports bold statements, creative launches, sports achievements, and defending personal interests. At the same time, excessive Fire may provoke emotional volatility, nervous tension, irritability, and even aggression. Individuals who are naturally emotionally reactive should consciously incorporate calming practices, rest, or relaxation techniques. Otherwise, there may be uncontrolled emotional outbursts, heightened irritability, and insomnia. For those seeking a calm and stable lifestyle, the year’s energy may feel overwhelming. Stability is limited, and spontaneous situations requiring quick reactions are more likely. It may be difficult to adhere to deadlines and agreements, which can negatively affect professional and business relationships. Overall, behavior during this year tends to be fast-paced, emotionally charged, and action-driven.
