Welcome to the community. ​For those who don’t know me, my journey didn’t start on a meditation cushion. It started in a lab coat. ​Since 2008, I have worked in healthcare—first in Exercise Science, then as an EKG Tech, and finally as a Cardiovascular & Vascular Sonographer. I have spent 18 years mapping the rhythms, electrical currents, and flow of the human body. ​I know how your heart beats. I know how your blood flows. ​But after years of looking at the physical vessel, I realized that true health requires more than just anatomy. It requires alignment. ​I created this space to bring my Clinical Experience and my Spiritual Practice (Holy Fire® Reiki, Ra Sekhi, Astrology) together. ​Here, we don’t choose between the medical and the mystical. We use Anatomy to visualize the blockages, and Energy to clear them.
