Good evening, I hope this message finds you well. Its been a while since I've posted but I want to give an update. The MentaLIFE Framework Virtual Experience is now available.See the attached flyer. The experience is a guided self-paced wellness program designed to help individuals strengthen mindset, manage stress effectively, and build healthier habits that support a happier, healthier, high-quality life. This isn’t just motivation or information. It’s a practical system designed to help busy adults stop living on autopilot and begin building a more intentional, balanced, and high-functioning life. Unfortunately, this group will be ending and we are taking our engagement to Facebook, so I encourage you to follow our Facebook page for regular wellness post. Lastly, my efforts have now shifted towards workshops and speaking. If there is an opportunity to speak in your city, at your company, or for your group, please do not hesitate to reach out. Signals...
Stress is not always the enemy. Often, it is simply a signal. Tips: • Notice when your body feels tense, tired, or overwhelmed. • Take a five minute reset break when stress builds. • Focus on controlling what you can and releasing what you cannot. Stress becomes manageable when you learn to listen to it instead of fight it.
Movement Is Medicine
Exercise is not just about physical health. It is powerful medicine for your mind. Tips: • Move your body for at least 20 minutes today. • Choose an activity you actually enjoy. • Focus on how movement improves your mood and energy. Your body was designed to move. Your mind benefits every time it does.
