What a journey and what a journey to come...
2025 - made it through my first winter with my home service business, luckily I like saving money and had enough to squeak by. Continued to build my brand and focus on making clients happy. Brought on some contractors and dealt with a lot of headache. Bought a work van, it crapped out, bought a work truck, it has tried to crap out twice but I keep reviving it, woo! haha. Got a large storage unit so I could move my work tools/materials out of the garage, felt like a big step, but it was much less than my original plan to get a workshop ($200/mo vs $1,000-$1,600/mo) glad I talked with my grandpa who had a lawncare business for the storage unit insight. Got a professional email setup almost 2 years into my business, its not my name at gmail anymore, its my business name at wok . com. NICE! Now we are already about to enter 2026 with more wisdom. I like having people do work and I get paid for it, but making sure things get done right (or at leas the way you want it done) was challenging. Contractors constantly doing things there way and often royally messing things up and then they play dumb... lmao. Fun. The goals for this slow season/winter (End of March) - Setup automations/workflows within my CRM and MAKE SURE I USE IT! So I can have systems in place to keep up with new leads, old leads, current clients, etc. This will be a nice quality of life adjustment - Get my Freemium Skool community built up with pay options so if people so choose... they can purchase things to make their life easier instead of doing everything alone... like I did. Things like website building, logo creation, crm setup, one on one coaching, and a blueprint on how to get your first clients. This skool group will help me prepare for franchising my own business while igniting my dream of being a business coach and help others escape the rat race so they can make a considerable change for the better in their lives. With my CRM ready to rock, I will be ready to take on 2026 and make it an amazing year! LETS GO!

Cause Not Effect 🔁
Just read this in a book on sales and thought it was pretty cool. The author writes (paraphrasing): “The basis of service is proactivity. Everyone on our team knows that they are the cause of what happens, not the effect. If a customer/client calls us asking for deliverables first, we know we’re failing.” 🤯 What are your thoughts?
Who Is Your Spiritual "Guru"?! Up for "Wo-Wo"? 🤓
Yesterday - for a change, I was challenged quite hard! I was about to dump the story here, in full detail. But since everyone is super-busy, the intention is: reduce to the max. 😅 Well, I'm really bad at keeping things crisp so it still takes a couple of minutes reading time.. In any case... Yesterday was Kung Fu training for my nephews and nieces - some of you might know, that I bring them and pick them up, and then cook dinner for them twice a week. Well, in any case. Because they're 5, 7 and 8 years old means, I also have to "interact" with their mother, thus my brothers spouse. Okay, this is a sensitive topic but anyway.. 🔥 The way she talks to them and her behavior is so negative and damaging to the little ones mindset, it's extremely tough to see. Seeing how she (unwillingly - I get that..) dumps her limiting believes and negative emotions on those little "brats" is heart-crushing, to say the least. In those moments I often feel helpless, and all I want to do is removing them from her mother, like for good! Then, when the emotional dust has settled, when I re-adjusted to my center, I recall how much she - the mother - is in emotional pain. This this no excuse for her behavior, whatsoever! But, having radical ownership and responsibility in mind - I remind myself that she is nothing but my external reflection. So, I create these situation due to my inner BS. Which is insane, if you really think about it! So, I see two radical ways of approaching this, in my model of the world: A) I make sure the kids are being removed from her, since she is nothing but constantly overwhelmed. That, I consider to be the right approach in the "3D world". B) From a "5D perspective", I take 100% responsibility. I do that by acknowledging that she is my own creation. I can look at her as (one of..) my spiritual teacher. When I choose to do so, the best way to dissolve that situation resourcefully is by breathing deeply, rising my awareness and then letting go. In addition to that, I recall the fact, that people are the way I SEE them. This means. If I see her as an incompetent mother, then that's exactly what she continues to be in the future. However, when I approach her with love and compassion, seeing her as whole and complete, that's what she ends up evolving to..

Quick Pulse-Check 🫀✅
Hey there - I have a brief question - just because I love asking questions (that's true, actually! ;-) Seriously, just a quick one.. When life gets messy, tough, whatever, what’s your honest default mode? No overthinking, just click what feels real right now. I’m curious to see how different (or similar) our patterns are. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/XnjiprcNurg
