Step outside and intentionally notice the sun once in the morning and once in the late afternoon or sunset. Each time, pause for one full minute and ask yourself:
- What do I feel in my body right now?
- What thought am I carrying that I can release into the light?
- What is one thing still growing in my life, even if slowly?
That’s it. No journaling required (unless you want to). Just presence, breath, and light.
