Challenge 15: Bask in the Sun (use sunscreen) or Moon Light
Step outside and intentionally notice the sun once in the morning and once in the late afternoon or sunset. Each time, pause for one full minute and ask yourself:
  • What do I feel in my body right now?
  • What thought am I carrying that I can release into the light?
  • What is one thing still growing in my life, even if slowly?
That’s it. No journaling required (unless you want to). Just presence, breath, and light.
