Community Guidelines 🤍 Please Read
Mental Health Mamas is meant to feel safe, supportive, and judgment-free. To protect that, we follow a few simple guidelines:
1. No judgment, shaming, or “just try harder” advice
Everyone’s nervous system and story is different.
2. No diagnosing or medical advice
You’re welcome to share experiences, not tell others what they “should” do.
3. Trauma-aware communication
Be mindful with language and respect boundaries.
4. No hate speech, bullying, or harassment
This includes comments about parenting, mental health, or coping styles.
5. Share only what feels safe
You never owe anyone your story.
6. This space does not replace professional care
If you’re in crisis, please reach out to local emergency services or a mental health professional.
This is a community built on empathy, honesty, and mutual respect. If something feels unsafe, you’re encouraged to reach out privately.
Thank you for helping keep this space supportive 🤍
