With a background in R&D (research and development), I have been helping CEOs and staff with their technical thinking for over forty years. However, the truth is that in most cases, I have found it was not so much technical thinking as a therapeutic process, where I assist colleagues in thinking through what they are doing. This is because I don't have all the answers; what I have is the ability to break things down into smaller parts and then steer the conversation.
I was researching my next book, having written on Executive Functioning, and I thought it would be fun to share some of my research here online. I would love to know what you think.
The more you can tell me what you like, comment, etc., and the more feedback I can see, the more encouraged I will be to release more. I am very interested in what, if anything, this topic fires up for you, and in the questions you have.
