Do you take any kind of supplementation daily?
Being myself a pharmacist and dentist with post-graduation on Pharmacoedpidemiology there is so much rubbish in all markets around the world. I also dont advocate the need to take ten or more food supplements per day. I only take Omega 3 1000 mg daily, because i dont like very much fish and because DHA is fundamental from brain, and Ashwatisav which is product i develop for mental health well being. And sometimes Vitamin D3. And its enough unless you have some kind of specififc disease that a supplementation can help. Any thoughts?
