We all have things we want to do (eat healthier, strength train, run more often, get earlier nights....) but life can easily get in the way.
Something I do with my clients is get them to identify their blockers, as this is often overlooked, but once you uncover your blockers, you can then find ways to get around them.
Take 5 minutes today to think about one thing you really want to do, but can't do it consistently. What are the things that are stopping you?
