Finding it hard to find the time to change your habits?
It’s very easy to get lost in the day to day and forget a) our potential - now and in the future,
And b) overlook the massive power of exercise and nutrition
This is a great book if you want to update yourself on the latest science behind what works for midlife women. If you don’t have time to read It here’s the top line:
  • Hitting your protein targets
  • Not underselling
  • Increasing veg and anti inflammatory foods
  • Strength training
  • mobility and flexibility
  • Power training
But remember - information is important. We need to be confident we are doing the right things - but nothing will change if we don’t take action.
So block out some time this week to make a plan for yourself - to eat differently, train differently. Start small - make it easy and then gradually build up. The first step is the hardest, so don’t overthink it - just find your next step.
