I created this community because I realized something important while walking through my wife’s surgical menopause at 44. This is not the “normal” menopause conversation most people hear about. It’s sudden, intense, and it affects the entire marriage daily—not just the woman. I noticed there are men silently trying to stay strong while also feeling confused, overwhelmed, and unprepared. There is very little space for honest conversation about this. This community is dealing with life's transition for husbands and couples navigating menopause, surgical menopause, emotional changes, and marriage challenges with honesty and support. I’m not here as a doctor or expert—I’m here as a husband living it in real time and building a space where we can learn and support each other.
