After stewing on the most valuable parts of this week's session, I've created a few actionable steps for you to connect with your audience! Special thanks to @Bruno Semedo for his contributions to this Cycle! By increasing the use of what resources we have in the classroom we can target large groups that fit our offer(s). Bruno brought the 'Dream 100' customer acquisition model to my attention which groups customer avatars by revenue, influence, or strategic value. By taking our unique position with defi education on the Alogrand Blockchain and combining the Dream 100 model we can group clients but category. This example will also be added in the classroom tab! 1. Revenue-Based Targets (High-value potential clients) - Algorand-based projects: Companies and startups building on Algorand that need marketing, community development, or DeFi education. - DeFi platforms: Liquidity providers, staking services, or lending protocols using Algorand. - Retail businesses: Merchants open to integrating $Cycle for payments. - Crypto investors & traders: High-net-worth individuals investing in Algorand-based assets. 2. Influence-Based Targets (Thought leaders and key figures) - Founders of Algorand-based projects (e.g., CEO of Folks Finance, Algofi team) - Algorand Foundation leaders (decision-makers for grants and ecosystem growth) - Crypto influencers & educators (Twitter, YouTube, Medium writers specializing in Algorand and DeFi) - VCs & angel investors (funding Web3 startups, particularly in the Algorand ecosystem) - Top crypto media outlets (CoinDesk, Decrypt, The Defiant—especially those covering Algorand) 3. Strategic Targets (Partners and ecosystem enablers) - Web3 accelerators & incubators (supporting Algorand startups) - Developers & DAOs (teams building DeFi, NFTs, or governance tools) - Government or enterprise blockchain adopters (countries or banks exploring Algorand for financial applications)
