Earlier today I received a call from a potential client. She wanted to know if I was able to offer her more benefits, than what she currently has. I was very honest with her, letting her know the plan she currently has is the most beneficial. She appreciated my honesty and transparency. While we were talking she explained to me that she had a bad experience with her eye doctor and was having difficulty finding another one. Even though she she was not my client, I took the time to help her find a new ophthalmologist in her geographic location. She was filled with gratitude that I assisted her on this journey, finding her a eye doctor that accepts her current insurance.
