What is an act of kindness? Helping someone cross a street? Providing a meal or food for someone in need? Or a simple gesture of smiling a d saying hello. We should be mindful of these things everyday. I go to Dialysis 3x week. Many of these people are very sick, I feel fortunate I am doing okay. I try to say hello, how are you every time I go because some of them don't have family or support. It's not much I know, but I know it means alot to me when they smile back.
