CHEST WT NO REGRETS
Just got done hitting a pr on incline while doing Harry’s lifting tips, it’s going great, I’m down 7lbs fat and up 5lbs muscle in just under a month. Downside is that these two girls came up to me after my set and asked if I wanted to do “cardio with them tonight” I said “huh?” They said “3 people one treadmill” then winked. I said heck no cardio after a pr lift is like salt in the wound. They had a nice chest and glute pump going on tho iykwim👌. Idk what imma do if they ask again bc cardio scares me and im not sure how we’d fit 3 people on a treadmills comfortably. Crazy ladies, would’ve been cool if they were into me tho, js gotta put more work in the gym ig💪

Nutrition Blueprint
The best gift I can give to people on or starting a fitness journey is free wisdom that I should charge for. The nutrition blueprint is exactly that. The goal isn’t to make you dependent on a coach telling you what to eat forever. It’s to help you truly understand food, build consistency, and gain food freedom while still enjoying your life. Take some time to go through it. I really think it can change the way you view nutrition.

Introduction
What’s up everyone! Welcome to the Lean Body Blueprint. First off, I genuinely appreciate every single one of you for being here. This group is more than workouts and meal plans. The goal is to build a place where people become stronger physically, mentally, and in the way they carry themselves every day. A little about me, my name is Harry McGuire I’ve spent most of my life around fitness through high-level gymnastics, calisthenics, and strength training. After dealing with injuries and shoulder surgeries that completely changed my own athletic path, I discovered my love for helping others with their fitness journeys.
