Athletes will work on progressions for back walk over, back handsprings, and back tucks with a strong emphasis on safety and form. Ebooks provide in-depth technical coaching, including slow-motion breakdowns, drill progressions, strength conditioning, and correction strategies used by experienced tumbling coaches.
