New from Los Angeles

Hello Everyone, I'm from Los Angeles, California. I'm new to real estate wholesaling. I know about real estate because my father was a general contractor and bought and sold real property as part of his business. He also owned rentals. He learned creative financing and used seller financing to do deals. I never followed his path in this kind of business but I want to now. So I hope to be successful like he was.
