Difficulty in Understanding installing wordpress

Dear sir,

Pls I am finding it difficult to understand the beginning of this module . The lecturer is talking about HOSTGATOR and I only have a link with DREAMHOST . So what is the correlation between the two?. And. I haven’t gotten any link to Hostgator.

So please how do I continue from here.
