What's the biggest mistake you commited in the beginning?

A lot of people think of a sales funnel as something “techy,” but at its core, it’s just a way of guiding people through a journey: Attract: Get attention from the right people. Engage: Share value and build trust (emails, free resources, community posts). Convert: Make it easy for them to take the next step (booking a call, buying a product, joining a membership). Retain: Keep delivering value so they stay with you long-term. Without a funnel, it’s like having water pour into a bucket full of holes—you might get attention, but most of it leaks away. With a funnel, you patch the holes and guide people where you want them to go. 👉 My question to the group: What’s the biggest challenge you face when it comes to guiding people from “interested” to “ready to buy”?
