The gym has an obsession with muscles.
I don’t.
I care about whether your body survives real life.
You can squat 200kg…
Then tear an ACL stepping sideways.
You can deadlift a house…
Then throw your back picking up your kid.
Because strength isn’t just force.
It’s how well you create it, transfer it and absorb it.
Here’s what nobody wants to hear:
Most people aren’t training for movement.
They’re training for photos.
Muscles adapt fast.
Your tendons, ligaments and connective tissue take much longer.
Ignore them, and eventually your body sends the bill.
Keep chasing bigger numbers if you want.
I’ll keep building humans that move better, recover better and stay in the game longer.
