Hey everyone 🙏
Just want to be upfront this Skool is still very much a work in progress. I'm building it out piece by piece, trying to make it something that's actually useful and easy to use for every single one of you, not just a copy-paste template. So bear with me while things shift around and get added. If something feels clunky, missing, or confusing please don't hesitate to say so. Ask questions, call things out, tell me what's not working. You're not just early members to me, you're the first people I've invited into this, and that means something. Treat you like family and friends, because that's genuinely how it feels having you here. This is going to keep getting better because of you, not despite the mess along the way. Thanks for being patient with me. 💪 Matt
Hey everyone 🙏
🚀 START HERE — Your First 7 Days
Before you dive into the classroom — take 5 minutes for this first. 👇 I built the Course Fit Self-Assessment so you're not guessing where to start. 16 quick questions across all four courses (Mobility Mastery, Anchor and Control, Basic Loaded Strength, Move Like a Pro Human). Your lowest score = your starting point. No wrong answers. Just an honest read on where your body's at right now, so what you build from here actually sticks. Fill it out, drop your starting course below, and let's go. 💪

Where-to-Start Guide (quick reference for you / pin post) Use this if someone's unsure how to interpret a close or tied score: Lowest score in...Start hereWhyMobility MasteryMobility MasteryRestricted joints and chronic tension limit everything downstream this always wins if it's low, even if other scores are decent.Anchor and ControlAnchor and ControlIf mobility is fine but control/stability is the gap, this is the safest next step before adding real load.Basic Loaded StrengthBasic Loaded StrengthMobility and control are solid, but foundational loaded patterns aren't dialled in yet.Move Like a Pro HumanMove Like a Pro HumanEverything else scores well this is about progressing tendons/connective tissue and performance capacity, not fixing a gap. Tie-breaker rule: if two scores are close, always start with whichever sits earlier in the Mobility → Control → Basic Strength → Pro Human sequence. Earlier work is the foundation for everything after it — better to build on solid ground than skip ahead and patch it later. Flag for a DM, not a course: if someone scores very low (under 8/20) in Pain/Discomfort-type questions or mentions ongoing pain in their reflection answers, that's a signal to reach out personally before pointing them anywhere that's a conversation, not a classroom module.
Miners and Night Shift
EvoPrime Miner’s Night Shift Creatine Protocol 🏗️🌙 Why creatine for night shift workers? Sleep deprivation reduces brain energy availability, slows reaction time, impairs memory, decision-making and concentration. Research has shown that higher doses of creatine (up to 20-30g/day for short periods) may help support brain energy metabolism and cognitive performance during periods of sleep deprivation. Creatine doesn’t replace sleep, but it may help the brain cope better when sleep is limited. Night Shift Protocol Before shift - 10g creatine monohydrate - 750ml water + electrolytes - 30-40g protein meal Mid shift - 10g creatine - Continue hydrating - Protein + quality carbohydrates After shift - 10g creatine - Protein-rich recovery meal - Magnesium before bed Total: Up to 30g creatine for demanding night shift blocks. ⚠️ Use 30g strategically for 3-7 consecutive days during intense periods of sleep deprivation, not all year round. Then reduce back to 5-10g daily. Potential benefits for sleep-deprived workers - Supports brain ATP (energy) production - May improve reaction time - May reduce mental fatigue - Helps maintain cognitive performance - Supports physical recovery between shifts - Assists muscle recovery when training around night shifts Remember: Creatine is a tool, not a substitute for sleep. Protecting sleep, hydration, sunlight exposure on days off, and consistent nutrition will always have the biggest impact on long-term performance.

yes definitely ive put one side for you 😊
Hi Team!!
Welcome ! 👊 I’m Matt, founder of EvoPrime and the creator of the Matt_Coach Health and Performance . Over the years, I’ve seen too many people train hard but never really train for life. They get stronger in the gym, yet still struggle with injuries, stiffness, poor movement, or feel like their body just isn’t keeping up anymore. That’s why I created this community. My coaching is built around Loaded Movement Training—a smarter way to train that develops strength, power, stability, mobility, coordination, and resilience together, not in isolation. The goal isn’t just to build a better body—it’s to build a body that performs in the real world. Inside this community you’ll find follow-along programs designed for every stage of your journey, whether you’re: - Recovering from an injury. - Looking to move pain-free again. - Wanting to become stronger and more athletic. - Chasing an edge in your sport. - Or simply wanting to future-proof your body. This isn’t about quick fixes or fitness fads. It’s about understanding how your body is designed to move and giving you the tools to become stronger, healthier, and more capable for the long term. If you’re willing to think differently, challenge the traditional approach to training, and commit to becoming 1% better every day, you’re in the right place. Introduce yourself below and let me know: - Where you’re from. - What you’re training for. - What’s the biggest challenge you’re trying to overcome. I’m looking forward to helping you move better, perform better, and unlock what your body is truly capable of. Let’s get to work. 💪

Thanks mate, that’s actually something I’m putting a lot of thought into right now. The vision is definitely bigger than just giving people a library of workouts and hoping they stay motivated. I want someone to join and immediately know where to start, what to focus on, and what their next step is. I’m still working through exactly what that journey looks like, but I’m building it around a simple progression, join, understand your starting point, get an early win, build consistency, start seeing and feeling real changes and continue progressing. I also want it to feel personal and practical, rather than overwhelming people with too much content from day one. So I don’t have the perfect customer journey mapped out yet, but that’s actually one of the areas I’m most focused on getting right. The goal is to create a community where people don’t just consume content they have a clear path and feel like they’re genuinely progressing.
Movement Matters
The gym has an obsession with muscles. I don’t. I care about whether your body survives real life. You can squat 200kg… Then tear an ACL stepping sideways. You can deadlift a house… Then throw your back picking up your kid. Because strength isn’t just force. It’s how well you create it, transfer it and absorb it. Here’s what nobody wants to hear: Most people aren’t training for movement. They’re training for photos. Muscles adapt fast. Your tendons, ligaments and connective tissue take much longer. Ignore them, and eventually your body sends the bill. Keep chasing bigger numbers if you want. I’ll keep building humans that move better, recover better and stay in the game longer.
