Facing the Shadow
I remember back in 2018 when this video dropped. It was (and still is) by far the best depiction of our individual and collective shadow. When I say shadow, I’m referring to the suppressed, hidden and disowned parts of ourselves. These parts, when unaddressed and unintegrated, morph into the demons and monsters that haunt us.
This is exactly why I love the system and teachings of the Gene Keys as it allows us to look honestly at all parts of ourselves, empowering us to rise into our gifts. Together as a group we’ll be beginning our first journey through the activation sequence next month where we’ll be exploring our shadows and gifts of our life’s work, evolution, radiance and purpose. If you haven’t watched the Gene Keys intro series inside the ‘Start Here’ module in the classroom, be sure to do so.
