We’ll be hitting a lower body day, and I’ll also be giving tips and tricks throughout the workout on:
• Lower body training
• Cardio
• Core work
• Gym structure
• Form and intensity
I’ll be on for about 30 minutes, so come ready to move. Bring your dumbbells and if possible, meet me inside the gym with me 👏🏽
