I wanted to check in with you all and let y’all know that even though Sundays haven’t really worked well for most people for live workouts, I still want to continue pouring into this group because your wellness truly matters to me.
So moving forward, on the days that I work out, I’m going to start posting short workout clips, exercise ideas, mini challenges, mobility work, beginner-friendly movements, core work, upper body, lower body, chair workouts, low-impact workouts, and little “sneak peeks” of the type of customized workouts my clients see inside my app.
One thing I really want everyone to understand is this:
Everything inside my app is personalized.
I would never program something for a client that their body is not capable of doing. That’s why I truly believe wellness should meet you where you are in life and not make you feel punished.
As I’m getting closer to 40 myself, I’ve had to change how I train too. I don’t do all the jumping and super high-impact workouts the way I used to because recovery, joint health, energy, and longevity matter. And I know many women in this group are balancing careers, families, stress, caregiving, life changes, and simply trying to feel better in their bodies again.
This group is not about perfection.
It’s about mastering yourself slowly, realistically, and sustainably.
Whether you’re preparing for the next chapter of life, wanting to feel healthier for your children or future grandchildren, trying to lower stress, improve your strength, gain confidence, or simply feel GOOD again… your wellness matters.
And I genuinely care about every woman here. Most of you I’ve either met personally or connected with in a meaningful way, and I don’t take that lightly.
So much more is coming for this group, and I’m excited to continue building with y’all.
