Hey everyone, I’ve set a big goal to hit $1M/month, but I’ve been slacking on taking real action. Right now, I’m committing to sending 40 outreach messages before 1 PM today. If I don’t finish them by that time, I need someone to hold me accountable, whether that’s posting something harsh like “he doesn’t follow through” or anything else that’ll push me to keep my word. I’m serious about stepping up my game and would really appreciate the accountability.

What's your process for setting goals for 2025? How do you organize and track them throughout the year?

looking for experienced cold callers, we are a marketing agency in the landscaping/fencing niche. I'm building a team of appointment setters for myself as the main closer in the company, you will be directly working with me and setting appointments for me to close, we are starting off on a commission base if we get good results we can do it on salary basis and can get up to 100$ EXTRA per close if the client is well qualified. I will provide training/scripts. This initial position is to test you on appointment setting, and can lead to management position for hiring my next team.
