NICHE HELP!!!
I've chosen the flooring installation niche, and I've actually learned a decent amount about the industry from the Internet. However, I’m not sure if I know enough, so I’m stuck between three options:
A. Shadow a flooring installer for 1-6 months to learn the trade, then begin marketing.
B. Begin marketing and getting clients right now and ask them for feedback (e.g., what are you guys struggling with, what can I do to improve the product, basically learn through them, etc.).
C. Shadow for 1-6 months and market and get clients while I am off work/shadowing?
