HIRING: Remote Appointment Setters (Inbound Only)
Qualified leads only – no cold calls, no weird stuff
Experience preferred but not required – full training provided
100% remote – work from anywhere
Short daily workload for now (10–20 calls/day max) — will increase as we scale
Must be available during U.S. business hours
Must speak clear, fluent English
Earn $1,500–$3,000/month with room to grow
(Currently $100 per booked & closed appointment — higher pay as we scale)
We’re a fast-growing marketing agency with plans to double ad spend once we bring on a few more retainers. This means more volume, more pay, and real career growth.
What you’ll do:
Call inbound leads from our paid ads (they already filled out a form)
Ask a few simple qualifying questions & book estimate calls
Track notes in our CRM and pass it to the closer
We’re looking for someone who:
Can follow directions and scripts
Is hungry to grow with a high-performing team
Is reliable and communicates well
Wants to earn real money setting EASY appointments
