Music Playlist
I was just wondering if anyone else has a grief music playlist? About 2 weeks after my wife died in January, I started putting together song about loss and grief. Sometimes the music puts into words what I can’t. The songs hit me sometimes and I cry, other times I just sing along.
One of my favorite songs is called Ten Steps Back by Poems2life (AI, but good song)
I don’t know if it healthy or not.
