A simple breathing practice to help cool the body, support the nervous system, and build greater awareness of how the body responds to temperature.
š„¶ There are two ways to practice:

Option 1: Roll the tongue into a U-shape and inhale slowly through the tongue.
𦷠Option 2: Gently close the teeth and inhale through the teeth, creating a soft cooling sensation.
In both practices, exhale slowly through the nose.
Notice the cooling effect and the way the nervous system responds as the body settles and regulates.
