Welcome to Master Your Nervous System I'm grateful you're here. The goal of this community is simple: To help you regulate your nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, sleep better, support digestion, and become the best version of yourself. When your nervous system is balanced, life becomes easier. You think more clearly, respond instead of react, and show up as the person you know you're capable of being. This community is for people who are open to learning both modern science and ancient practices to support the autonomic nervous system, stimulate the vagus nerve, and create lasting resilience. Let's Get Started Introduce yourself below: - What's your name? - Where are you from? - What challenges are you currently facing and what would you like to have support with? - Have you tried breathwork before? Community Guidelines - Be kind and respectful. - Support others whenever you can. - If you need help, ask for it. - Share your insights, wins, and challenges. - Like and comment on posts that resonate with you. - This is a space to learn, practice, and support one another on the journey toward greater health, resilience, and presence. 📌 Free Breathwork Practice If you're feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or simply want to become more present, start with this guided breathwork practice: 👉 https://youtu.be/6FQX_Qshyw4 Welcome to the community. I'm excited to have you here.

Quick cooling practice for the heat 🥵
A simple breathing practice to help cool the body, support the nervous system, and build greater awareness of how the body responds to temperature. 🥶 There are two ways to practice: 👅 Option 1: Roll the tongue into a U-shape and inhale slowly through the tongue. 🦷 Option 2: Gently close the teeth and inhale through the teeth, creating a soft cooling sensation. In both practices, exhale slowly through the nose. Notice the cooling effect and the way the nervous system responds as the body settles and regulates. 🎥 Video: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DZ91YKPN3zD/?igsh=ajRsNnV5bGd1cXNj Please like, comment, and share any observations or experiences after trying the practice. 🌞
