Day 18 [Mind] -visiting my project app and tried fixing some dependencies. [Body] -ice bath: 10 mins -drill exercise and stretching: 1 hour [Ambition] -reduce weight from 78 kg to 73 kg.😍

Mind - Second day testing how much I can process cognitively. Increased hunger but got what I needed. - Completed 50% of mastery course Body - Light walk - Breathing exercises Ambition - Hard decision-making - Writing. 4 pages - Mapping deadlines for the 63 days left of this challenge and excited to see how I’m gaining momentum.
