How to Build your own Castle
Make A Minimum Viable Community Plan by Glenn Summers ๐Ÿ”ฅ Strip your launch to the essentials so members take action in week one. Build only three things. 1) Weekly habit A 10 to 15 minute action at the same time each week. This creates rhythm, predictability, and easy wins. Keep it specific and measurable. 2) One small win A result new members can achieve in 48 to 72 hours. Make it visible and shareable so momentum spreads. Screenshots and short clips beat long write ups. 3) Simple onboarding A 3 step path that takes under 15 minutes. Watch, do, post. Remove every extra click that is not needed. Skool setup in 30 minutes -- Channels: Start Here, Weekly Habit, Wins, Questions Add one 2 minute welcome video inside Start Here Schedule one recurring 30 minute weekly call Pin your first Weekly Habit thread and a Small Win thread Why this works -- Low time cost means more members participate Fast proof builds confidence and social proof Clear structure reduces questions and keeps you out of custom support

How to Build your own Castle
Get traction early
Getting Early Traction is important. ๐Ÿฅณ Thank-you my friends, for joining as my early birds or rather early ๐Ÿ. You have truly blessed The Castle. Simply put, your early presence certainly gives this group traction and lift. This is a great Win-Win for all members eventually. I plan to enhance the knowledge base of this group each week and every month. With that said, to my early bees, you have a hive to explore for as long as you want to ๐Ÿ here. Awesome and if you're reading this for the 1st time, do tell what you are working on lately?

My First Brick
I remember, way back in the 80's my boss barking at me to hustle that mud up the scaffolding. One bucket at a time at first, as a NewBee ๐Ÿ then I built up to two buckets and a gazillion bricks, all day every day. I loved it, pure natural workout, "sweatin' out the poisons" I'd say. Then one perfect day, the forklift broke down and the boss blew a fuse, so he threw his trowel in the bushes and told me to lay those last 4 bricks to finish the course, while he step away from the wall. I jumped on the wall n laid those 4 bricks like buttering bread. Ever since that fateful day I've never stopped being in love with masonry. What's your love story?
