Try to distance yourself
Honestly, we need a break from ourselves every so often. If we are alone for too long or our hands stay empty too long, then the devil and flesh have ample opportunity to have you all to themselves. You may need to talk to some people who will guide you to the right direction to not be trapped in your own echo chamber, for it states in Proverbs 27:17: "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
Replacing some habits with other ones is essential because energy can’t be created or destroyed. It all has to go somewhere, so let it be towards a different thing. God bless.
