My First AI Avatar Clone Video
I spent some time in the last couple weeks (during the Snowpocalypse) to create my own AI Avatar using HeyGen and ElevenLabs. Initially, I was doing it to create Money Looms at scale without having to film them all individually.
As an "AI Expert" it's yet another AI-based service I can provide. I charge a video and audio recording fee, generate the ElevenLabs voice and HeyGen avatar, then contract to produce X videos per month for MRR. I can write the scripts as well... I may include it in the cost of generating the videos, or charge an upsell.
I was inspired by Julia McCoy's "Dr McCoy" clone on her YouTube channel. This was created using her tactics.
