Sometimes it pays to be a solid human.
A friend of mine, who has a fireplace sales and installation company, was having a challenge with an the agency who originally sold him a Voice AI bot. He's a really amazing person with a heart of gold. It pained me that nothing was delivered, 3 months after he signed the deal (was supposed to be delivered in 4 weeks).
Because I wanted to help him out, I gave him an awesome deal, with 2 months grace and no installation charge. He's the kind of guy who will tell absolutely everyone he knows that I helped him out and, once everything is in place, will be a case study for me. I know he'll get more services as we start working more closely together.
He's got a small company (125 installs a year) and doesn't need API integration with Housecall Pro, and can actually save about $150/mo. downgrading to the Standard Plan.
