I closed the client today! It was NOT an AI yet. However it is a plumber that I spoke to about a month and a half ago that I had met in a contractor's fb group. His website was kind of tattered together with string and broken twine, no SEO at all, no local SEO, Google business profile in the crapper. Really needed some love. After building Rapport week after week, and him interviewing at least five other website builders he finally come back to me Wednesday and we negotiated a deal. 1,500 for a website build 359 a month mrr. And Google business profile of optimization one time fee $1,400 bucks. Pretty happy right now. We did speak in detail about future things he wanted and he's ready to spend quite a bit more money, but I thought it would be best for us to get the Google business profile and the website up and running and settled and getting some leads coming in before we Implement a bunch of other stuff. So foundations. Thanks to everybody in the group that gives me input, and others for everything that they've provided all of us!
