I want to play basketball at the college or professional level after high school, and during 11th and 12th grade, I want the flexibility to train whenever I want while also getting academic support. SEDA College has a program that offers regular school credits and a Performance Academy for elite sports development, but I don’t meet the criteria for the academy. St Mary’s College in St Kilda, on the other hand, offers a traditional high school diploma with university preparation while still allowing me to train outside of school, keeping my options open for U.S. college or professional opportunities. I have a SEDA interview on Monday, which is a chance to show my motivation and commitment to basketball, even if I can’t join the Performance Academy.
What some advice
