Over the past 3 years of studying basketball confidence, the most eye opening discovery I had was:

CONFIDENCE
*EVERY* player I worked with told me they struggle with confidence.
Why is that the case?
There's so many motivational videos out there AND EVEN David Goggins Edits for goodness sakes!
Well, most people (especially in the basketball space) haven't researched this as much as I have, so they don't relate to you enough, and they DON'T KNOW YOUR STRUGGLES MORE THAN YOU DO.
BUT Number 2, most stuff online is:
⚡TREATING the SYMPTOMS and NOT Getting to the ROOT! ⚡
That's why my advice has blown up in just 3 years at the age of 19. I GET TO THE ROOT!
I've reached about 2,000,000 players WORLDWIDE, and I've helped over 750 players personally; online, and in person.
