The Masculine and Feminine Energy
I've been thinking a lot about the masculine and feminine energies and how they've played out in my own journey. For a long time, I leaned heavily into my masculine energy because I didn't feel safe. It was my default protection. Now, I'm doing the difficult work of embracing my feminine energy, and even though it's a challenge, it's teaching me so much about trust. I came across this video today and it really helped me process all of this, so I wanted to share it with you. I hope it helps you too.

Durante mucho tiempo, me apoyé mucho en mi energía masculina porque no me sentía segura. Era mi protección predeterminada.
