No notifications
We've changed nothing on the flow/notifications settings of our many chat, but the assignee aka setter is not receiving push notifications of the keyword trigger with IG DMs. We've went through all the notification settings-iPhone settings and Mac/chrome settings. He's assigned the contact but no notification. Everything was working fine, until it wasn't at all. I opened a support ticket with ManyChat, hoping they can help. Anyone seen this before?
