We've changed nothing on the flow/notifications settings of our many chat, but the assignee aka setter is not receiving push notifications of the keyword trigger with IG DMs. We've went through all the notification settings-iPhone settings and Mac/chrome settings. He's assigned the contact but no notification. Everything was working fine, until it wasn't at all. I opened a support ticket with ManyChat, hoping they can help. Anyone seen this before?

I'm a DM setter using ManyChat all day. I like working from my laptop a bit better (obvious reasons haha) but I'm unable to hit "return" to create paragraphs in my messages. On the phone app you can use the return for spacing, and the mail arrow to hit send. Has this bothered anyone else?
