The goal is to take the phone number of the prospect, then that will create a contact to call on Hubspot for our setters. However, if we have the lead phone number and they book a call at the same time, this will be an issue as it will create confusion within the setters.
The issue: since there's no email tied to the contact, if they book a call it's going to create another contact for them.
The question: if we ask for the email after the phone number, how will that impact convesions and is it okay with Manychat to do that?
We want to ask them for their email too cause if we don't we'll have a lot of duplicates in Hubspot and the setters will call leads that already booked a call.
